The award winning Kissimmee Lakefront Park redevelopment project has been in the works for over a decade. This final phase runs along Lakeshore Boulevard and connects Kissimmee Lakefront Park to Neptune Road. It will also allow the City to complete necessary sea wall repair.

Phase IV will create a larger, linear park space between the roadway and the lake to allow for additional green space, new park benches, and larger pedestrian friendly sidewalks. Lakeshore Drive will also become a brick road and will receive drainage improvements, landscaping, and LED lighting.

The project also calls for the installation of a traffic signal at Neptune Road and Lakeshore Drive, and includes improvements to Brinson Park.
