Located in downtown Kissimmee between Monument Avenue and Ruby Avenue, the award winning Toho Square Enhancement project is more than 50% complete with the opening of a new parking garage. This garage provides 381 free parking spaces to merchants and visitors.

While the front facade of Toho Square Parking Garage resembles the historic buildings of downtown, the three unfinished sides and the remaining site are prepped in anticipation of a 120 room boutique hotel that will wrap the structure.

Embodying the the goals from the strategic planning process, the $9 million Toho Square Enhancement Project is helping to create a livable community through sustainable development and managed growth while creating a vibrant downtown.

This project also focused on streetscape upgrades to Darlington Ave and Pleasant Street.
